Why Bison Ranching?

Bison ranching offers an alternative to beef ranching, reaching customers willing to pay more for a product that has a historic and nutritional significance (America's Original Red Meat).

There are approximately 350,000 bison in the US; and many thousands of them here in the Rocky Mountain region of Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming and Colorado (the fastest & hottest buffalo meat market in the nation).

Delicious & Nutritious

Buffalo meat is lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than beef, pork and chicken (even 1/2 the fat of turkey). Tastes great, full of flavor, and easy to prepare!
