NEW CONFERENCE FORMAT: 

Based on member input, we have changed our Spring Conference format to a FREE Business Meeting and a more casual format. This change will allow our hard working Sale Committee & Volunteers to attend and add their input; then following our business meeting we can gather for some fellowship prior to the Peak to Peak Sale Awards Banquet.

Spring Conference 2010

Wednesday – March 10,  2010. 

                       12:00 AM – 5 PM                   Bison Arrivals at National Western Stock Yards.

                     

Thursday – March 11, 2010. 

                        8:00 A.M. – Noon.                  Show Bison must all be in.

                        8:00 A.M – 5 P.M.                  Production bison arrivals.

                        Noon.                                   Judging show animals begins.

                        5:30 P.M.                              Consignors Meeting – Hotel.  

                        6:30 P.M                               Board Meeting – Hotel.

Friday – March 12, 2010. 

                        8:00 – Noon.                         Production bison (By appointment only)

                        10:00 A.M.                      Optional - Genesee Sale.

                        1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.            Bison Viewing NWSS Yards.

                        5:00 P.M.                              General Meeting/ 2009 Elections – Hotel.

                        6:00 P.M.                              Silent Auction & Social hour.

                        7:00 P.M.                              Awards Presentation & Bison Dinner.

Saturday – March 13, 2010.

                        8:00 A.M.                              Bison Viewing.

                        9:00 A.M.                              Judges Comments – Arena.

                        10:00 A.M.                            PEAK TO PEAK SALE.

                        AFTER SALE: One hour break for yard crew.

                        One hour after sale – till dark            Load out of sold bison.

Sunday – March 14, 2010. 

                        8:00 A.M. – Noon. Final Load out of bison.  Buyers must be in line by 10:00 A.M.
